How tuition and aid work
The office gives its figures at a visit, so you never read an old one.
Tuition is set by the year and by the grade band a student is in. Before and after care are billed apart, by the month, for the days a family uses. The office gives the figures at every visit.

A family pays an application fee when it applies, which covers reading the application and meeting the student. After an offer there is an enrollment fee that holds the place. Each is listed with its purpose in the program matrix.
Application: when a family applies
Enrollment: when an offer is accepted
Holding a place
A place is held when the family signs the enrollment agreement and makes the first payment, which goes toward tuition. Families have until early May to answer an offer. If a grade band is full, the office keeps a waitlist and calls families in the order they joined.

Billing
Tuition is billed by the year, by the term or by the month, whichever the family chooses. The office will go over the schedule with you before the first bill.

Financial aid is available; here is how to apply. After you submit an application, the office sends an aid form. A small committee reads each form and answers when admissions decisions go out. Ask the office about state programs that your family may qualify for.

More than one child
Families with more than one child in the school can ask the office how that is handled. Brothers and sisters are read in the same season so a family hears about everyone at once.
Withdrawing
We ask for notice in writing before a student leaves, and the office will tell you what happens to a term in progress. If your plans change, talk to us first.
